The top view of the automatic section shows servos that apply the intermediate, low and reverse bands. Threaded band anchors/adjusters are used to achieve the proper specified band tolerances.

The unique breather system, first developed for Trophy Truck applications, re-circulates the heavier spce ATF which, in turn, provides greater cushion to the internal components.
The manual shift linkage is located on top of the M1's automatic section for easy set up and to keep the shift assembly out of harm's way.
